Definitions
- "Agreement" means this website page in any electronic or printed format.
- "ArchiMentor" means the website http://www.archimentor.net.
- "Content" means any text, diagrams, images, linked or attached files, and the like, which may be viewed on the Site.
- "Site" means the website http://www.archimentor.net.
- "Subscriber" means a company or individual who has been granted permission to access the Site by username-and-password, irrespective of whether that company or individual has paid for a subscription or has been granted free access.
- "We" means the current owners of the ArchiMentor website.
- "You" means any person visiting or browsing the Site, including Subscribers and the staff and employees of any Subscriber.
By becoming a Subscriber to the Site you agree to, and accept to be bound by, the following Terms and Conditions:
Agreement
- We may modify the Agreement at any time by updating this page (see Version Date below).
- Subscribers agree to be bound by any such modifications and agree to visit this page periodically to determine the current Terms and Conditions.
- If any of the Terms and Conditions contained in the Agreement, or any future changes to the Agreement, are not acceptable to You, You should cancel your subscription. Your continued use of the Site will indicate acceptance by You of the Terms and Conditions current at the time of use.

- You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Content
- ArchiMentor is an online collaborative knowledge-sharing website, the Content of which is provided by a voluntary association of companies and individuals with a common interest in the UK construction industry.
- The Site is based in the United Kingdom and the Content provided may be applicable in one or more of the five countries of England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland. You should be aware that construction legislation and industry practice differs between these countries. You are strongly advised to check the relevant legislation and practices before acting upon information contained on this site.
- Subscribers are not permitted to use the Site for commercial purposes or to advertise or sell a product or service. Subscribers may request the insert of links from the Site to their own website where these links are in context and relevant to the page content. Links may not be inserted to increase traffic to linked websites for commercial purposes, such as to advertise or sell a product or service.
- We and the Subscribers have no legal duty or obligation whatsoever to correct any inaccurate, inappropriate, or erroneous information displayed on the Site.
- We and the Subscribers give no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, in relation to information displayed on the Site. We and the Subscribers accept no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect losses or damages caused by or arising out of use of information on the Site or on any linked sites.
- The Content provided on the Site is provided by the Subscribers in good faith and on the assumption that those using the Content will make their own professional judgement about the validity of the Content and the appropriateness of its application to any specific situation.
- Where appropriate, those using the Content are advised to take specific advice (whether technical, legal, financial, or other) from known experts in the particular area.
Provision and use of Content
- You may download, store in cache, and display any ArchiMentor Content, in an unaltered form, for your personal non-commercial use.
- You may print a single copy of any ArchiMentor website page, in an unaltered form, for your personal non-commercial use.
- You may display the Site, or provide a link to the Site, on an intranet accessible only by the staff and employees of a Subscriber. You may not display the Site in the frame of another website on the internet, including websites with restricted, or non-public, access.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or re-transmit any ArchiMentor Content, in any electronic or printed format, to anyone outside your organisation including private individuals, other organisations, the media, or any means of electronic distribution such as websites and CD/DVD transfer. This restriction applies to all ArchiMentor Content including Content to which you may have contributed.

- Links to other websites are provided for information only and do not constitute an endorsement of the content, accuracy, products, services, or accessibility of such other sites. We and the Subscribers give no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, in relation to information displayed on other sites.

Computer systems
- We and the Subscribers accept no liability for any interference with or damage to a user's computer system, software or data occurring in connection with the Site. Subscribers are encouraged to take appropriate and adequate precautions to ensure that whatever is selected from the Site is free of viruses or other contamination that may interfere with or damage the user's computer system, software or data.
Email addresses and Passwords
- You undertake that the email address which you provide as part of your subscription information is your correct and valid email address.
- You undertake to notify ArchiMentor immediately of any change to your email address, using the facilities provided on the Site.
- To access the Site you will be issued with a password to be used in conjunction with your email address. You undertake not to disclose this password to others or permit others to use your email address and password so as to access the Site.
Termination
- We may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect if we have reason to believe you have breached the terms of this Agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be given solely at our discretion and will not exceed, under any circumstances, the pro-rata amount applicable to the unexpired portion of a paid subscription. Subscribers granted free access are not entitled to any compensation, financial or otherwise, in these circumstances.
- We may close this Site, without notice, at any time and for any reason whatsoever. Refunds, if applicable, will be given solely at our discretion and will not exceed, under any circumstances, the pro-rata amount applicable to the unexpired portion of a paid subscription. Subscribers granted free access are not entitled to any compensation, financial or otherwise, in these circumstances.
- Subscribers who have paid for a subscription may terminate this Agreement: at the end of its term by not renewing the subscription; at any time by requesting that We remove their email address and password from our security system, without entitlement to any compensation, financial or otherwise.
